About Us
We are a London-based charity that improves social mobility by raising the aspirations of, and increasing opportunities for, young people between the ages of 11 and 25. Our mission is to develop the skills, confidence and outlook of young people from poorer backgrounds so that they can succeed in their chosen career. We are also the organisers of the UK Social Mobility Awards, an initiative which recognises & celebrate the achievements of businesses and organisations across the country in their work of advancing social mobility.
